Featuring a new sized 39mm diameter case, the Rolex Oyster Perpetual has a monobloc middle case, screw down case back, winding crown, domed bezel, screw down twin lock double waterproofness system, and scratch resistant sapphire crystal glass. 

Running on a perpetual mechanical self winding movement, the Oyster Perpetual features center hour, minute and seconds hands, stop second for accurate timing, a bidirectional self winding mechanism, and is waterproof up to 330 feet.

The Rolex Oyster Perpetual will be available in the featured 39mm diameter sized case, along with other variation options of different case sizes and dial colors.

Staunch to their collections form, Rolex’s Baselworld 2015 addition to the Cellini collection brings elegance up a notch with their lavish yet classy new design. 

Launching a sleek updated look, the Rolex Cellini Time has a new bezel set with 62 diamonds, new hour markers closer to the center of the dial complete with diamonds, sword shaped hour and minutes hands in matching 18 ct gold, and leather watch strap with matching 18 ct gold buckle. 

Housed within a 39mm sized case, the Cellini Time runs on a perpetual mechanical self winding movement, and has domed sapphire crystal glass, domed screw down case back, stop seconds for precise time setting, and is water proof to 165 feet. 

The Rolex Cellini Time will be available in either white gold or everose gold on a black alligator watch band.

Originally created in 1954 for Pan Am Airlines, the Rolex GMT-Master has gone though a variety of touch ups throughout its years in production. Spanning one of the longest runs in Rolex manufacturing history, and marking its place as the first Rolex sports model to be featured on an Rolex Oyster Bracelet and Rolex Jubilee Bracelet, the GMT-Master 1675 has gained popularity in the Rolex vintage world.

Purchasing your very own vintage Rolex watch can be a very exciting time in your life, but fun aside its important to know your facts to protect yourself against the less genuine sellers out there.

Here are some helpful hints to look out for…

Identifying markers to watch out for to date your GMT Master 1675:

• Acrylic crystal glass
• Tritium indexes
• Pointed crown guards with a chapter ring
• Rounded crown guards
• New print on the dial bearing, “superlative chronometer officially certified”
• Small triangle on the second time zone hand
• Big triangle on the second time zone hand
• Different dial printing after the extra hour changed
• Guilt or white indexes on the dial
• Longer indexes on the dial
• No quickset date

Although this model was in production for so many years, and its on the easier side of vintage models to find, it has become a very sought after item. Today, many collectors prefer a more faded bezel and index color, so as to help capture the true vintage feeling of an aged Rolex.
