ROLEX DEEPSEA " D-BLUE"

ROLEX DEEPSEA D-BLUE

The Rolex Deepsea D-Blue was released in tribute to film director James Cameron. This version
retains the design, movement, and other specifications of the original Rolex Deepsea ref. 116660 timepiece. One of the Deepsea D-blue dial changes was the word "DEEPSEA" being moved from 12 o'clock to 6 o'clock position, and the green hue is less bright.

In the photo below, you can see a detailed view of how this timepiece is assembled:

The Rolex Deepsea D-Blue has a distinctive blue glow that lasts up to twice as long as the standard luminescent materials. Its a great technology for divers to use in dark environments, allowing the diver to have visibility at night time or dark ocean spots. Another excellent feature for divers is the "Glidelock" extension system, which allows divers to adjust the length of their Oyster bracelet for a secure and comfortable fit over a diving suit.

This extreme Rolex Deepsea D-Blue is really an impressive and innovative watch. It is the most well engineered and modern watch on the planet.

Rolex Daytona Latest Versions

The Rolex Daytona Cosmograph collection with calibre 4130, was finally launched during the Baseworld exhibition in the month of March 2000. All of the new models of the new 116500 series had a diameter of 40 mm and were slightly thinner than the previous versions. The bracelet and the clasp of these Rolex watches were also improved by introducing a much more solid construction.

In 2011 Rolex launched the Daytona reference 11615 in a pink gold case with a monobloc ceramic bezeled ivory chocolate dial. The same ceramic bezel as its predecessor, but combined with an unusual ice blue dial with chestnut brown counters. This particular watch was used in 2013 to commemorate Fifty Year Anniversary since the launch of its most celebrated watch.

These two Rolex Daytona versions are compatible with integrated Rubber B watchbands, and also with the universal "Structure Series" with vulcanized rubber base and leather or alligator watchband surface.
