ROLEX YACHT MASTER TIMELINE

1992- The Rolex Yacht Master was launched in 18K gold.

1994- Lady's size models were introduced, along with midsize of 35mm for men.

1999- The introduction of the model Ref.16622 (Stainless Steel/ Platium).

2005- Ref. 16623 was launched- Two tone watch and Oyster Brqacelet ( Stainless steel/ Yellow gold).

2015- The creation of the Rolex Yacht Master in Everose 18K gold arrived. In addition with its matte black Cerachrom bezel insert, and a rubber watch band with an Oysterlock Clasp.

Only a dozen of the 5512 square crown guards are known to exist. Some collectors believe that the pointed crown guards were only a prototype of the rounded crown guards which Rolex would introduce later in the mid-1960s. The Different variations of crown guards are: Square crown guards, pointed crown guards, and proud crown guards. The Rolex Submariner 5512 case is 39mm and its watchband is a matching stainless steel link bracelet.
