Baselworld 2015: The Omega Globemaster

Undergoing and passing an array of Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology examinations, and creating a new quality guideline in watch craftsmanship, the new Baselworld 2015 Omega release symbolizes horological skill and brand tradition all in one. 









Hosting Omega’s most advanced mechanical movement, the Globemaster can withstand 15,000 gauss of magnetic fields, has a power reserve of up to 60 hours, and is water resistant up to 330 feet. 






Housed in a 39mm diameter sized case, the Omega Globemaster has front and back antireflective scratch resistant sapphire glass, a special medallion under the transparent case back, co-axial escapement, hour, minutes and seconds hands, chronometer,
time zone function, date function, automatic winding in both directions, and a watch strap made out of leather








The Omega Globemaster will be available in 18k sedna gold or stainless steel on either a brown alligator watch band, or blue watch strap made out of alligator leather
