The Rolex Explorer II Ref. 21670 comes in a black or a white dial, and is completed nicely with an Oyster bracelet for a dependable watchband.

ROLEX EXPLORER 39MM DIAL

The Rolex Explorer I -matte black dial 39mm, Ref.214270, states "Rolex" beneath the coronet on the top side of the dial, with the words "Oyster Perpetual" beneath it. On the lower side of the dial, is the word "Explorer", which has been moved from above to underneath, along with the words "Superlative Chronometer" and "Officially Certified". The font is actually bigger than the previous model.
The sapphire crystal does not have any type of antireflective coating, which helps the wearer read it more easily. This timepiece has a smooth flat bezel. In addition,  the serial number is engraved and can be found on the watch dial at the 6 o'clock position. Like many Rolex Sport watches, the watchband included with this Explorer is stainless steel.

Oyster case- The Daytona's 40mm Oyster case is fashioned from a block of 904L steel and 18K yellow gold. In addition, the Oyster case guarantees the watch waterproof to a depth of 100 meters.

Oyster Bracelet- The Oyster bracelet was introduced in the 1930s. It was made of a high quality 904L stainless steel and 18K yellow gold. This bracelet has a dual security system, called the "Oysterlock Clasp" which prevents any accidental opening.

Movement- This Rolex Daytona model Ref. 116523 is powered by a chronograph perpetual, mechanical, self-winding caliber 4130 jewel movement.


Chronograph- The Rolex Daytona with black Mother of Pearl dial has the screw-down pushers located on each side of the crown the chronograph sub-dial counters.
